ehhhhhhhhhhdit: I forgot to include the correct last frame!  And if you saw this before i doubt you will notice the difference!  And neither did I!  I only opened it up again because one of the boots looked really bad in one specific frame.  Note that I make no claim that the yellow boots are not stupid.

I never consciously gave this moron a name, but every instance of it in relevant flash documents identify it as "belto."
For unknown reasons getting this belt action accurate was important enough to me to film myself adjusting a belt and then observing the stages closely (at least for the left hand), even though this is terribly frivolous and ultimately irrelevant to the overall context.  However, the context itself is totally frivolous, and in the end this belt scene may not be stupid ENOUGH.
