I do not know who I am. I will decide that once I have ruled out everything I am not, unless I rule out everything, and that will mean I am something else.

I have a rarely updated comic strip-like-thing, and that is where this link goes. It would be pretty nice if it didn't take so long to produce!

commission data that people sometimes ask about, surprisingly.

I prefer direct acknowledgment infinitely to "llamas."
I have "badge" notices disabled, so if you give me one, I will not be told!
Interests
Something I have been aware of for the past few months: more and more deviant-art accounts seem to not have any deviations on their front pages.  My understanding is that you get to feature one by default, and also show your four most recent items as a group.  And if you have a core account, you can feature about ten specific items on your page (and the site doesn't think to remove them when your subscription expires.  I have not checked on this because I don't want the site to suddenly realize I am not supposed to be allowed to have that many anymore and I am certainly not buying a subscription!)

Another setup I see a increasingly is single front-page comments by the user, saying something to the effect of "reply HERE, and only here," usually with a bunch of hidden comments underneath.  The combined effect of these two is that the page loads quickly and in a small space, but conveys very little information.

Certainly I PREFER that to the myspace-style pages covered with flashy sparkly slow-loading trash, but I wonder why anyone would elect to not show at least one of their own art pieces.  Do you have any insight as to why that is or how it caught on?  When I saw that in the past, I always assumed that meant the user was no longer using the site, but had chosen not to delete anything.  Now I see it regularly on people who are here even more often than I am.
(football-related parody song, watch out)

My brother Ian (Cunningham, not Biggs) seems to have had a crazy old time getting this song made, and the video put together (twice, but that is another story, although you can see the old version of the video since a bunch of people re-uploaded it with and without the credits removed, which is the one true indicator of success).  It is based on a popular song called Closer currently in circulation, that I recognize from hearing at the laundromat and respectfully withhold my opinion of at this time.

If you have even a passing interest in the American footed ball, specifically the New England Patriots association of players, contemporary music or what people related to me are doing, I recommend giving it a listen. It has been played on local radio stations, I hear (although I have only heard the other one; I would prefer this one! I want Ian to get a recording deal so he can buy me a washing machine so I won't have to go to the laundromat and hear the other version).

My niece, Violet, also cameos at the beginning.
Don't tell anyone that is what I charge anyway! It is less than I charged a year ago, though!
commission implausible by bimshwel

I look forward to offering 40% off stuff that used to cost 25% as much in the future! A steady flow of interest may not be in the cards for me this year, but this is the closest I have come to it!  Thank to anyone who helped facilitate that. I will work on my cartoon about beets during december, meepwhile.  It is very important  that I keep people informed with regard to beets.

Howdy.

The last time I posted music here I did it as an art item since I had a yet-unused drawing for it, but this got more complicated, so it only really "works" as a video.  I am still figuring out what works best, and what works so horribly that I should be shamed into exile.

Also, please considering viewing the properly animated snake cartoon if you have not but are into that sort of thing.

And additionally please subscribe to the www.youtube.com/Yimpinkilp metube page itself, if you would, even though if I make something else I will still probably link to it here.  For some/no reason silly numbers have more power over me than they ought to.  Thank you and goop muck, in any case.

Eh how are you?
Howdy.
commission pictures (promotion!)These are united america dollar values!
remunerate@bimshwel.com is now the paypal address.  I also accept dwolla and apparently "skrill" as well now, if you are into that sort of thing.
type I:

small character drawing $10, $5 for subsequent instances of the SAME character on the same page.  The example has 6 topagliors. 1x10=10 + 5x5=25 = $35, you see?  The blue dope in the up-right is forbidden so I cannot legally charge for it.
type II:

mass-lined monochromatic let's say $15.  Less lines is also possible!
type 3:

regular-line-quantity sketch with color $18ish (uncommon complexities can cost extra unless you absolutely do not care how I draw them. The nature of this style is to be done quick

details are there.
I confess I still have not made that organized chart I keep telling myself I will make.  But the more people have to read, the better we understand each other, sometimes.

Things to keep in mind:
I am working on many things, so please allow a week from me accepting a commission before I show any sketches, though it probably will not be that long.
I give sketch previews out of courtesy, but for less expensive commissions I cannot justify giving an excessive number of them.
If you do not make a specific request, but don't like what I come up with with either, and this goes on a while, I will have to charge accordingly, I fear.

Eh how are you?

Your work is out of this world, may I possibly do one of your smaller pixel works in Perler beads sometime in the future?

Sure, that would be funny!  Thank you for finding value in this!  All the ones I have done recently have been commissions, however, so you might want to check with the character owners before posting anything.  I do not reckon they would be bothered, though.  I should see about making a 50x50 animated one for myself instead of downscaling this 100x100 idiot.

I am having a difficult time to "label" your coloring style... You can make painting BOTH muddy and vibrant. Wth?

This is amazing. Here's a watch from me!

Thank you!  I never found anything comfortable, and am still fiddling with different methods, so that might help. I swear I have been trying my hardest the past nine years to have my coloring STOP being muddy, but I may be muddy by nature.

A bunch of new people found me last year and I lost track of most of them.  You made yourself very conspicuous earlier!  Thank you for liking my nonsense!  I want to get acquainted with more animation people.  I have spent too long being jealous of them!  I will try and pay better attention to what you are doing.  You seem to have an excellent sense of motion, and after just a year, apparently!  Do you prefer specific software?

O-oh! How did I stand out back then? I've been constantly improving, but I think this is the year I've most improved both in my still art and animation!

Also, it's no prob! I really like how you work color palettes as well as very abstract themes!!

You're completely free to get in touch with me or add me anywhere to chat! I want to get to know more animators around as well as they seem to be a minority, at least frame by frame ones. I sadly won't be doing the weekly animation challenge this year, so you'll see a bit less animation, but that's for at least the first 2 months, after that I'll finish my university and will have all the time I want to work on longer and higher quality animation clips!!

Also, I use TVPaint Animation Pro 10 for my rough animation (Old cracked program) and use ToonBoom Harmony for my clean animation! But I can use any program that lets me quickly switch between frames as long as I have a comfortable drawing surface!

I meant earlier today!  eh yesterday.  You poked a great amount of my pictures all at once, which is hard to ignore, especially in a period where I have not posted in a while and have not had many messages.
I do know OF some animation people but they usually already have their own path or group that is guiding them along and I do not see a place for myself in it.  But the jealousy messes with that.

I have some things I started in Flash years ago but as I have gotten better at animating Flash's deficits in non-object-manipulation have become more apparent.  At least this old version of flash.  I do not want to mess with a new one when there is software that I can get now that is not going to work against me on that.  But I need to finish the parts that are already in flash before I can transition.  Those two you mentioned seem to come up quite frequently in my inquiries.
