unexpected appierance

It would seem I yet enjoy depicting strangely-dressed lizard folk. It cannot be helped. This one is associated with Mr. Rage M, as if that absolves my part in this.
The coloring is relatively fancy because I didn't have to worry about keeping up the standard to the minimal background or actual stuff happening. A pity I can't put every character on vague docks. Next week I hope to post something interesting or something wearing boots. I'm afraid these are mutually exclusive.

It may be assumed that the odd celery-broccoli hybrid is being held for questioning to determine which of those it thinks it is.
